Foreclosure Services Offered
Our process is extremely efficient. We begin processing your foreclosure the SAME DAY we receive your file. CDS performs all necessary legal and administrative duties beginning with the filing of the Notice of Default and following with all publication, notification, and administrative duties. Once we are provided with the information we need to process your foreclosure, you are required to do nothing else.
Should the loan not be brought current during the 90 day period following the filing of the Notice of Default, a Trustee Sale will then be scheduled and the Notice of Sale will then be filed. 21 days later (first business day) the sale is held and funds delivered or ownership of the property is transferred to the lender.
CDS service does not stop at the Trustee Sale. Should the property not be purchased by a third party, CDS will professionally provide seamless service to help you liquidate the property. See “Other Services” for more details. |
