CDS will evict on your behalf if necessary (please see “Coordinated Legal Services”), secure your property, provide you with time and date of lockout. Further, we provide active management and regular checkups and maintenance over the property (landscape, “sprucing” the inside, responding immediately to any reports of break ins or vandalism-discuss rates with our Property Management/Marketing Team).
